Marjoram

“Being on trend and also delivering custom work for maximum satisfaction of our customers and their customers or employees is what we love to do most. Our ambition is great: we want our bouquets to become the best-rated sustainable, high-quality custom floral art in the Netherlands!”

FLOX is Madeleine and Marjolein. This power duo, a team for years, conducted a customer survey for the new business class lounge at KLM. It showed that flowers are very important to people: they add colour, they make you happy and they connect. When they were also surprised by the beautiful quality of artificial flowers that are currently being made for the design of the lounge, the first seeds for FLOX were planted. At KLM, Madeleine and Marjolein worked together on the customer experience (CX). FLOX therefore stands for Flower Experience, in addition to the fact that the phlox is a favourite flower of both of them.

 

Hospitality and sustainability always play a major role in their work, as does Dutch design. They have worked intensively with Marcel Wanders, Jan Taminiau and Viktor & Rolf.
