What data do we process?
We only process the data you provide to us yourself or that is generated automatically when you visit our website:
- Contact and enquiry forms: your name, company name (if any), email address, phone number (optional), subject and your message.
- Call-back request: your name, phone number and when you would like to be called.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- Website visit: technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type and the pages you view, via Google Analytics.
Why do we use your data?
- To respond to your enquiry or question and to send you a quote or trial bouquet (performance of, or steps towards, an agreement, and our legitimate interest in helping you well).
- To send you our newsletter, if you have signed up for it (based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To improve our website and understand how visitors use it (legitimate interest / consent).
Who do we share your data with?
We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us deliver our services, and solely for the purposes above:
- Web3Forms – processing and delivery of the contact forms on our website.
- Mailchimp (Intuit) – sending and managing our newsletter, if you have signed up for it.
- Google Analytics – statistics on the use of our website.
- Microsoft 365 – our email.
- Hostnet – hosting of our website.
Where required, data processing agreements are in place with these parties, so your data is well protected with them too.
Cookies
Our website uses functional cookies (needed for the site to work properly) and analytical cookies from Google Analytics to measure visits. You can always refuse or delete cookies via your browser settings.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as long as legally required. Enquiries and correspondence are kept as long as needed for proper follow-up and administration.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. For example, our website runs over a secure connection (https).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to processing, request data portability and withdraw any consent given. Send your request to info@floxflowers.nl and we will respond as soon as possible. If you disagree with something, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
